Simply Said

This card uses the stamp said "Simply Said" from Stampin' Up. I had a bit of a hard time deciding what to do with this particular stamp so I am not sure I love this card or not. Anyways, here it is. Green background is embossed using my Cuttlebug. I inked the edges of the image and sentiment. Flowers are coloured in with my Sparklin H2O's to give them a little shimmer. All tied together with some grosgrain ribbon, enjoy!

See D's Mother's Day Cards

Since Mother's Day is coming up I decided to use some different colours to make some cards. The two cards shown here are similar just different ribbon and images. Papers used are from a Club Stamp kit. I used a Cuttlebug embossing folder for the purple/blue backgrounds. The images are from See D's stamp set and the ribbon is generic grosgrain. I used my Twinkling H2O's to colour in the flowers and it gives them a nice little sparkle. All put together with my favourite adhesive Mono adhesive by Tombow. Hope you enjoy and have a blessed Mothers' Day.

See D's

I used one of the See D's sets I have had forever for this card. Used a pretty tulips bouquet, doesn't it scream spring? I am waiting to see the tulips along my walking route bloom, I always look forward to seeing them. Supplies used for this card are: Club Stamp card/cardstock, Bazzill cardstock, Versamark Ink, SU ink (will add names when I remember them)See D's stamps, Mono adhesive, Queen and Company felt flowers, Doodlebug jewel, fabric and of course a stamp from the "Simply Said" set from SU. (will updated more when I get home)
